This Education Through Chess at School project set is a complete school chess teaching set for classrooms, after-school clubs and group lessons. It combines 15 student sets with one demonstration chessboard, making it easy for a teacher to work with the whole class and show moves clearly on a board everyone can follow.

The set is based on the components used in the project run by the Polish Chess Federation. It is a practical choice for schools running chess lessons and for places that want to introduce chess into regular activities without having to source the teaching materials separately.

What’s in the set

The package includes 15 sets of plastic chess pieces No. 6, 15 folding cardboard chessboards in a yellow-brown colour, and one demonstration chessboard with a full set of pieces and a cover. Students can play on their own boards while the teacher demonstrates positions, exercises and moves on the larger board.

The student boards fold in half, so they take up less space after lessons. Their protective surface helps keep them in good condition during regular school use, while the plastic pieces are light and easy to handle in the classroom.
