Turning and Shaping
In this phase, the wood is mechanically turned to shape each piece. Each figure is created from a single block of wood, ensuring stability, precision, and uniformity. This is the first step before the manual finishing processes.
Handcrafted finish
At this stage, precision and expertise are essential. The most delicate details cannot be done by machine and require the work of skilled artisans who know each material and carefully handle each piece individually.
Thanks to years of experience and meticulous attention to detail, each figure achieves a uniform, elegant, and durable finish.
Hand assembly and packaging
Each game is carefully inspected and hand-packed by specialized staff. The pieces are selected one by one and placed in boxes designed to protect them during transport and storage.
The result is a presentation that is meticulous down to the last detail, matching the quality of each game.
